1. Love You Bracelet Delight
Crafting Colorful Beads
For my first card, I wanted to showcase the Bestie Alphabet Beads Press Plate and Dies, Bestie Beaded Bracelets Etched Dies, and Bestie Alphabet Beads Clear Stamp and Die Set. I began by die-cutting bracelet pieces using the Bestie Beaded Bracelets Etched Dies. Using vibrant glitter cardstock from the Memory Box Glitzy Glitter Pad, I created beads in pink, purple, green, yellow, and blue. The centerpiece of this bracelet set was a lettered bead creation spelling out “Love You,” made with the help of the Bestie Alphabet Betterpress Plate.
Ink-Blended Background
For the background, I used Simon Says Stamp Positively Saturated Inks in Taffy, Beachy, and Galaxy. After ink-blending, I die-cut the panel using the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangle Die, adding a brown cardstock mat, which I also used for the bracelet strings.
Sentiment
I stamped the sentiment “Have a marvelous time” with clear ink and embossed it with white embossing powder in the bottom right corner of the blended panel, creating a beautiful contrast against the blue. I arranged the bracelets horizontally, with the “Love You” bracelet in the middle, added the matting, and adhered the design with foam tape to complete this cheerful card.
2. Forever in Your Hands
Creating Elegant Bracelets
For my second card, I featured the Heart Hands Etched Dies along with the Bestie Alphabet Beads Press Plate and Die Set. I die-cut the hands from cream cardstock and added a gold shadow layer. The bracelets, created using the Memory Box Vintage Pastel Mirror Pad, combined pink, green, and gold.
Ink-Blended Background
I blended Distress Oxide Inks in Abandoned Coral and Peacock Feathers to create the background. I die-cut this panel with the Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangle Die, and matted it with gold cardstock for a touch of elegance.
Sentiment and Assembly
The sentiment, “Live in the moment,” was embossed in white onto the peacock feathers ink blend. I arranged the card in a landscape style, with the hands positioned in the center, holding the “Forever” bracelet. A small heart bead and smiley bead added extra charm, completing this heartfelt creation.
3. Holding You Close
Delicate Flower Bracelet Design
For the third card, I returned to the Bestie Heart Hands Etched Dies and the Beaded Alphabet Clear Stamp Set. The bracelets featured gold, green, pink, and vellum floral beads with pearl centers. I die-cut a silver glitter heart to add to the hands, creating a soft yet striking design.
Subtle Inked Background
I blended Distress Oxide Inks in Antique Linen, Spun Sugar, and l on white cardstock, die-cutting it with the largest Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangle Die. The gradient created a soft, warm backdrop for this heartfelt card.
Assembling the Scene
With the heart hands positioned from the bottom left, holding the glittering silver heart, and the sentiment “You are the one I believe in” embossed in white, this card came together with simple elegance.
4. Hello Friend Fun
Creative Embroidery Design
For my final card, I mixed things up by using embroidery floss for the background. I featured the Bestie Beaded Bracelets Etched Dies and Bestie Alphabet Beads Clear Stamp Set to create bracelets in soft pastels. The lettered beads spelled out “Hello” and “Friend,” the focal point of this playful design.
Floss-Wrapped Background
I wrapped matching pink and green embroidery floss around a smaller-than-standard card panel, alternating the rows for a textured effect. The bracelets hung vertically in the center, creating a fun, interactive feel.
Finishing Frame
To complete the card, I added a pastel green mirror cardstock frame using Waffle Flower Rectangle Dies, tying everything together and giving the design a polished, professional look.
