I love lace and cards with lacy designs are my favorite. This lacy Christmas card looks like it was so hard to create but all I had to do was a bunch of die cutting.
Hello everyone,
We are just around the corner from Christmas. You all must have finished Christmas shopping but I’m always a late Christmas shopper. Instead I’m making more and more Christmas cards. This month at The Flower Challenge our theme is also “ Christmas “
Here’s my take on this challenge
For my card today I used the Spellbinders large die of the month for November 2021. This die is specially created to make a slimline card but you can always use it to make a regular A2 size cards or any other project depending on your creativity.
I started by die cutting all of the pieces in shades of blue that I thought would go together. But for the background wanted a subtle pattern that didn’t overpower the beautiful die cut designs.
Take closer look at these tiny flowers that create a beautiful cluster. Mixes of different shades of blues and silver give this project a cool wintery vibe.
This finishes my card for today. Hope this inspires you. So don’t wait and start creating Christmas cards with flowers and post at The Flower challenge.
Hugs
Jyoti

What a gorgeous card, Jyoti? That lacy die is something else. I’m glad you like to work with all those tiny pieces because the arrangent of the little flowers and greens really makes this an outstanding card.
