My card today features this beautiful ENCHANTED GARDEN ETCHED DIES FROM THE WINTER TALES COLLECTION BY ZSOKA MARKO
Hello everyone!
Today I am sharing a card I have created using one of the dies from the WINTER TALES COLLECTION BY ZSOKA MARKO from Spellbinders.
I started off by die cutting the pieces of the flowers in pinks and the leaves in teals using Spellbinder’s card-stocks. I exceedingly get drawn towards this color combination. Here are the specific color card-stocks I used:
For the background I used the LAGOON COLOR ESSENTIAL CARD STOCK and embossed it using PARTY SPOTS EMBOSSING FOLDER FROM THE BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS COLLECTION. For a half an inch white border around it, I trimmed this piece.
After that, I arranged the three flowers in a row in the middle of the card with liquid glue. Before that, I also die cut out all the pieces with white scrap card stock and layered it behind each piece so it has some dimension.
It’s time for picking a sentiment. I stamped a sentiment form the JUST WANTED TO SAY COLLECTION SENTIMENTS CLEAR STAMP SET. A leftover strip of Teal topaz card-stock was the right match. Then, embossing using white embossing powder was the next part. I just love the look of white embossing on color card-stock.
